Great snacks for home and bringing to the office:

  • Tofu, silken and extra-firm (looking for a spicy tofu recipe?)

I love seeing this list. Our kitchens hold many similar things and a few different things. A "snapshot" list like this would be extremely helpful to anyone that is thinking about being healthy and I will begin mine tonight. Many thanks!
